The hired person receives a contract of at least 140 hours per month, both with Baker & Pommeroy (temporary work) or in a direct employment with the client. The seniority must be of at least 2 months.

Reward: 200 €  (100 € for the recruited person + 100 € for the recommender)

The hired person receives a contract of at least 80 hours per month, both with Baker & Pommeroy (temporary work) or in a direct employment with the client. The seniority must be of at least 2 months.

Reward: 100 €  (50 € for the recruited person + 50 € for the recommender)

The hired person has a minijob contract, short-term contract or student-work contract with Baker & Pommeroy and works at least 6 times in 2 months.

Reward: 30 €  (15 € for the recruited person + 15 € for the recommender)

Terms and conditions:

  1. It is not allowed to recruit employees who have been under a contract of employment with Baker&Pommeroy, b&p services or HANDELSHELDEN or who have been in the last 9 months.
  2. Only participants who have an existing employment contract with Baker&Pommeroy, b&p services or HANDELSHELDEN or who have had one in the last 3 months can recommend new employees.
  3. The payment of the reward is made after 6 successfully completed assignments within 2 months of recruitment. There is no legal entitlement to a repeated or a permanent payment of the award. Vouchers will be sent to the above-mentioned addresses. We do not assume any responsibility for the incorrectness of the address.
  4. All designations are addressed to all genders.
  5. This form must be submitted before the recruted person is deployed for the first time, after which the entitlement to the reward loses its validity.
